We love the butler set ice! Michelle and Condley were great. We love the location and the view from our room 9005. Ocean Point is our favorite!

Staff was friendly, helpful, not pushy and aggressive like some other places we been. It was clean, food was good, we enjoyed most things we tried, drinks weak as always in all inclusive, views were amazing. All in all we enjoyed our stay

I had the BEST Butler team ever!! Daron and Denato were the absolute best!! I was traveling alone and they constantly checked on me to make sure I was good. The security was on point as well; they like to know where you're going and with whom. I love that measure!!

The setting was exceptional. The balance of nature paired with modern amenities created the ideal vacation getaway that I wanted. Housekeeping and room service were on point. The food was great too, not to mention the drink options at the bar.

I loved the seated check-in process, with complimentary drinks and a gorgeous horizon view to enjoy. The staff and ambience are welcoming with smiles and happy to help. The room had a luxuriously comfortable bed, rain shower with a sauna and a spa tub in the middle of the room with curtains for privacy. Oh yeah, you can literally order room service from the TV! The swim-out feature to my room was simply one off my bucket list and I'm glad I experienced it, at my favorite Hideaway.

The property has multiple restaurants to dine. The food was delicious. Our Butler George is the epitome, “At your service.” He was very knowledgeable of the property and the surrounding areas. He handled everything from dinner reservations, property activities, and off-property excursions. He was truly divine and personable.
